Barrie is a fully certified Kane School graduate. The certification is a rigorous training program in New York City, combining the classic principles of Pilates with a modern, clinical
perspective of the body.
Barrie also holds additional certifications with Balanced Body and Peak Pilates.
Her diverse background in movement also includes yoga, personal training and dance. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, Barrie strongly believes that a health conscious lifestyle is necessary for longevity and happiness. Developing core strength, flexibility, and balance, stemming from a keen mind-body awareness, is Barrie’s individual approach to teaching.
